This Privacy Policy describes how Oleksii Halkovych ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the «Такий розклад» (That's the Schedule) mobile application for iOS ("App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains our practices regarding data collection and use.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data.

That's the Schedule is designed with privacy in mind:

• No Account Required: You can use the App without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• Local Storage Only: All your data — schedule, free slots, template settings (logo, colors, font) — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
• No Analytics: We do not use any analytics services or tracking tools.
• No Advertising: The App does not contain advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.
• No Network Transmission: The App does not send your content to any server, including ours.

Data Storage

All data you create within the App (your schedule and working hours, busy appointments and free slots, template settings — name, logo, colors, font — and the generated images and videos) is stored exclusively on your device, using the operating system's private storage (iOS app sandbox).

We do not:

• Transmit your data to external servers
• Store your data in the cloud
• Have access to your content

Sharing to Instagram

You share the finished images and videos through the standard iOS system share mechanism (share sheet). The App does not use the Meta API, posts nothing on your behalf, and has no access to your Instagram account, its followers, or messages.

Permissions

The App requests the following permissions only when you actively use the corresponding feature:

• Photos — to import images you choose (such as a logo) and to save generated images or videos to your photo library.
• Haptic feedback — for subtle tactile feedback in the interface.

The App does not request location, microphone, camera, or contacts permissions for its core functionality.

In-App Purchases

When you make a purchase through the App (subscriptions or other paid features), the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy practices govern the collection and use of your payment information. We do not have access to your payment details.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete from our systems.

You can delete all App data at any time by:

• Deleting individual records within the App
• Uninstalling the App from your device

Because all your content is stored only on your device, uninstalling the App permanently removes all of it.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 years of age. The App is safe for users of all ages from a data privacy perspective.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
