Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the «Такий розклад» (That's the Schedule) application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

That's the Schedule is a mobile application for solo masters that helps you manage a schedule and create branded images of free slots to publish on Instagram. The App provides tools to:

• Manage a schedule: working hours, busy appointments, and free slots
• Customize templates: name, logo, colors, and font
• Create branded images and videos of free slots from ready-made templates
• Export and share the result to Instagram Stories

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Oleksii Halkovych grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

Some features of the App may require an active subscription. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using the App (your schedule, text, logo, colors, and the generated images and videos).

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to use the App to create content that:

• Uses materials (such as logos or fonts) you do not have the rights to
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Could be used for fraud, deception, or other illegal purposes

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the schedule and times you publish using the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to create content that violates others' rights
• Distribute or share the App through unauthorized channels

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, the name «Такий розклад» / «That's the Schedule», the logo, the built-in templates, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Oleksii Halkovych and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLEKSII HALKOVYCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any content created, shared, or distributed using the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oleksii Halkovych from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Oleksii Halkovych only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

These Terms of Use are effective as of June 21, 2026.
